Call Print recognises that the environment is fundamental to existence and strives for improving its environmental performance and management at all levels of the company. All personnel realise they have an obligation to apply operating practices and procedures which will help to ensure the protection of the environment.

Call Print has identified the following key objectives and actions to act as guidelines in the implementation of its Environmental Policy.

ISO 14001 accreditation

As part of its ongoing commitment to environmental stewardship Call Print is looking to achieve ISO 14001 accreditation.

Compliance

Call Print will comply with environmental legislation and regulations that affect activities within the company.

Environmental Impact

Improve its environmental performance by using increasingly efficiency technology, and by reducing all forms of waste.

Recycling

Promote recycling and the use of recycled material, whilst reducing the consumption of consumables wherever possible.

Materials

Encourage the use of environmentally eco-friendly and biodegradable materials as far as possible. If new materials are the only option then they will be obtained from managed sustainable sources.

Efficiency

Introduce energy efficiency into the business services and promote to our own employees and customers.

Suppliers

Suppliers are selected by their adherence to an Environmental Policy which includes minimising the impact of their activities on the environment.

Risk Management

Identify and control environmental risks associated with our operations and have procedures in place to prevent and react to emergencies.

Innovation

Support pollution prevention and environmental research implementing findings that are consistent with this policy.

Performance Evaluation

Evaluate the environmental performance of our operations and personnel, recognising achievements that support this policy. Provide staff with information and training thereby integrating this policy into their responsibilities at work.
